Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only ship to the USA and Canada.



Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request all changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be denied. Your order may be returned upon receipt for a full refund.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 5-15 days. However, due to high demand, it may take between 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.




What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you received an item that is wrong, missing and/or damaged. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any related notes when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise or cancellation. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
